Sorry for the delay! The Local Pup was away for the weekend and neglected this post :P

Correct Answer: The Atlantic Fish Co. on Boylston Street in Boston! Check it out here www.atlanticfishco.com. Delicious steamed mussels are the best app here! (Tip: ask for extra bread to dip in the succulent broth...don't waste the broth!!)

This is a tough one, I'll admit it. This restaurant serves excellent seafood dishes and has a fab little outdoor patio that's a huge hit with tourists and locals alike. Hint: This restaurant is pretty close to yesterday's Where Am I location...

Correct Answer: Harvard Square! You guys guessed right. This little side street leads to Upstairs on the Square, OM, and some other fantastic food locations (and watering holes too). 

The Local Pup enjoys this area for all of it's eclectic stores, as well as a wide array of bars and restaurants. Where Am I?

 Correct Answer: The New England Aquarium! There is an IMAX theater next to it (seen in picture, to the right). 


The New England Aquarium is on Boston, easily accessible from the Blue Line on the MBTA. Parking is expensive if you use a parking garage (we paid $35, but had a car-full of people to split it up).


If you are looking for something entertaining to do in Boston, stop here and see all the penguis, huge fish tank, and many other cool exhibits. Don't forget the camera!

Harpoon Brewery has 2 brewery locations, one in Boston and one in Windsor, Vermont. Harpoon began brewing delicious beer in 1987 in Boston, and then they purchased the Vermont location in 2000.

Correct Answer: This bridge is in the Seaport District in Boston. It twists around to make way for boats to go through, though I'm not sure if it's actually still a functioning bridge anymore. If you know a Michelle D., ask her about the time she drove over it during construction by accident.


The Local Pup loves being near the ocean in Boston, especially in the summer time. This location is near one of the previous Where Am I? post locations...do you know, Where Am I?

Correct Answer: Memorial Drive

Some people guessed more specific locations, but I was going for the more general Memorial Drive :) This was actually taken right near the boathouse thing.

The view is amazing anytime of year here, but this night in particular was gorgeous. The moon was almost full, the sky was practically clear, the air was perfectly summer-ific...ahh so many reasons to love Boston!

The Local Pup was at Lucky Strikes in Boston (inside Jillian's). Kings was really close, but not it. JKatt actually won this one via Google Buzz.

Jillian's is across from Fenway Park and is a 70,000 square foot facility (holy crap). It includes Tequila Rain (dance club/bar), Lucky Strikes (bowling boo yeah!) , and Jillian's Boston (food part) which also has a ton of pool tables. Go here to drink and play. It's sweet.

The Local Pup went here and enjoyed the margarita's a bit much after a long day of drinking...and left poor A.T. and G.M. without paying for a drink or two. Oops! :)


The Local Pup was out on the town this weekend in Boston! Good friends, good drinks, fluorescent lights and rented shoes=the perfect end to a great day.

Most of you got it right: MaryLou's (Plymouth location)...the best coffee in town! (plus they have pink straws and hot coffee cups, so really they sold me with that before I even got to the coffee).

The Local Pup visits the south shore in MA a lot (south of Boston) and has a favorite place to perk up with some caffeine. Where am I?
